I am a novice at playing the violin. I played the violin at school, but I feel that I played too slow and I messed up a lot, since I hit wrong strings. Sometimes I have trouble reading the music notes, especially when it’s a fast song. I get very nervous when I played because I am so self-conscious of how I sound like that I really do messed up. Is there any techniques to improve my sight reading skills, as well as boosting up confidence?
