How can I improve my sight reading?

Have you been taking theory? If you haven’t you need to! I’ve played the viola for 4 years and for 2 years couldn’t sight read for any thing. Then I started to take theory and it helped alot!!! A good theory book is “Master Theory” ( i use that one) I dont know if it comes in piano but theory will deffinately help =]
