How to Sight Read Music

is it possible for me to learn in 2 years?
do I have a shot at higher level?

And do you know of any good free resources on the internet that teach to do so.

if not free then would you know any good ones that you would recomend yourself that have a reasonable price?

Thank you guys. I would greatly appreciate your help as music means a lot to me and is a HUDGE thing in my fam its just that no one can read it… lol… Well my uncle and his fam can, but theyre not as awesome as us… xP

ive read more of the answers and people are saying why I need two years, well I have to learn a lot as well as sheet reading, I have to be able to play an unprepared song – or two, and theres also loads of added guestions like about the style of music, irish music, the way an orcestra is put together… Ive got two long years ahead of me!… lol
